Innovative offers by appointment only, premium 1-on-1 and 1-on-2 training, is registered with ICBC to delivery Kinesiology based services. 
IF also provides nutrition coaching, corporate health and wellness packages, sport conditioning and team training programs and small group (1-on-3/4) training. 
Our professional Training Coaches all have degrees in Kinesiology and Human Movement Sciences, delivering a services one needs to experience to fully understand.
